Refund & Return Policy

Below are the refund and return terms for each type of product or service we offer.
1. Physical Products
(leashes, treats, training tools, apparel, etc.)
- 30-day return window from the date you receive the item.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except if the item arrived damaged or defective — we’ll cover it).
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
2. Digital Products & Online Courses
e-books, video courses, downloadable training plans, etc.
- No refunds once access has been granted (download link sent or course login provided).
- All sales are final for digital/delivered-immediately products.
3. Private Lessons, Group Classes & In-Person Training Services
- No refunds or transfers once a session or class series has been scheduled or started.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson, you may do so up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the session fee.
- Group class spots are non-refundable and non-transferable after the registration deadline or once the class begins.
4. Exceptions
We happily offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right!
How to Request a Return or Ask a Question
Email alex@alexliggett.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24–48 hours.
